Induction of the new Rector
The new Rector, Revd Charles Wheeler will be licensed by the Bishop of Crediton, The Rt Revd Moira Astin, on 9th March 2026 at 7.30pm in Bampton church.
HMC cafe style Informal service in Bampton church on the first Sunday in the month
The next Cafe Church service one is on Sunday 1st of February at 4pm in Bampton church.
Family service in Petton/Clayhanger on the second Sunday in the month
HMC Prayer Breakfast group
We are meeting for breakfast and pray early in the morning on the 4th Saturday of each month 7.30-8.15am in one of the five churches within our Mission Community. Praying for people to know the love of Jesus in our communities and for the new minister who will be joining the HMC. Please come to Clayhanger church for Prayer Breakfast on Saturday 24th January.
Regular events in Bampton
Tuesday Coffee Mornings
Come along to Bampton Church for coffee, cake and a chat any time between 9.30 and 11.30am on Tuesdays. All ages are very welcome.
Please note that the coffee morning will be closed on Tuesday 23rd and 30th December, re-opening as usual on the 6th of January.
Knit & Natter
We meet every Monday (except Bank Holidays) from 2.00 to 3.30pm in Bampton Church. All knitters, whether new or experienced, are welcome.
