New Rector for Hukeley Mission Community

The Rt Revd Moira Astin, Bishop of Crediton, Patrons, and Parish Representatives are pleased to announce that, subject to the completion of the statutory formalities, an offer has been made for the post of Rector of the Benefice of Bampton, Morebath, Clayhanger, Petton and Huntsham, known as the Hukeley Mission Community, to Revd Charles Wheeler, who is currently Assistant Curate in the Benefice of St George’s and St Paul’s, Tiverton. This offer has been accepted. His licensing by the Bishop of Crediton will take place early next year, on a date to be confirmed.
